The HTM271 Training Session will be held on Friday (January 25th) at 1:25.
The HTM470 Training Session will be held on Tuesday (January 22nd) at 2:15.

You will recieve information at these sessions that we encourage you all to be very familiar with before you arrive at work on the big day! In the meantime, feel free to look over the menus provided on the website so that you can get a head start. You will be given a short quiz on the training packet before the event starts so that the managers know you are prepared to assist our guests properly.
All Back-of-the-House employees will be required to wear clothing and shoes that are comfortable and can get dirty. Baseball caps are to be worn at all times when handling food, and girls must keep their hair out of their faces.
Front-of-the-House employees working a long-shift will be required to wear clothing and shoes that are comfortable and can get dirty.
All Front-of-the-House employees (long- and short- shifts) will be required to dress in black button-down oxford shirts, black slacks, and comfortable black shoes-restuarant sneakers are fine. Have long hair tied back and out of your face. Nametags and bowties will be provided.
Long-Shifts will begin at 10:00 AM. Breakfast will be provided! You will break at 2:30 PM. Please be back at 3:30 PM dressed in your blacks.
Short-Shifts begin at 3:30 PM. Dinner will be provided! Please be dressed in your blacks when you arrive.
